After a few hours, I noticed parts of the medication come through. Finally my output became more firm and it's not pancaking either. But now I have this pain on the lower left side of my stoma. They recommend that you don’t drink an hour before and after food. Also, I’ve found downing a glass of squash quickly goes right through me as well.
