The DGFT also issues licenses to exporters and monitors their corresponding obligations through a network of 25 Regional Offices and an extension counter at Indore. The regional offices are located at the following places:- Witrynaby DGFT. Exporter who is holding Registration Cum Membership Certificate (RCMC) wherever required (as in the case of quota items) Exporter who has not been CAUTION LISTED by RBI. Exporter who is not on the Specific Approval List (SAL) of ECGC. Exporter who has an export commitment/order and has capacity to fulfill the same.
