This honor is a testament to Buckeye nurses’ continued, outstanding patient care and service, demonstrating a history of excellence across our hospital families. View a video of the announcement. WebA total of 41 Magnet hospitals were identified and were found to have 14 organizational characteristics or “forces of magnetism” in common. Based on this knowledge, the ANCC's Magnet Recognition Program emerged, designed to recognize and certify those health organizations demonstrating nursing excellence.
